Trade Marketing - Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support Marketing plan and effective execution of the set marketing plan of the market assigned with special focus on BTL implementation. Based on market understanding evaluation of brand awareness needs in terms of outlet visibility Dealer Board, Flanges, Display (show window/Rack) POP, counter tops etc.
• Evaluating outdoor media for Brand visibility and image building which includes Hoarding, Buses, Bus Shelter, Kiosks, Wall Painting, Trams, Translites, etc.
• Evaluating need of consumer offer which includes On pack offer, Consumer activity at sampling points which includes Key Modern Trade outlets & others, Spot promotions
• 4. To evaluate local opportunities which includes events, festivals, sponsorship opportunities, etc.
• Track all marketing spends and keep record of brand wise spends v/s budget zone wise.
• Ensure that all proposals approved are implemented as per requirement.
• Evaluate all activities and send in the feedback report to marketing.
• Regular MIS to all concerned.
• Vendor Handling (proper selection of vendors, ensure timely delivery of promotional items, selection of innovative gifts, vendor benchmarking etc.)
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly promotional reports, ensure gifts are stocked and maintain proper Inventory, promotional reports are maintained and sent in time etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have 2 to 3 yrs of experience
