Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase properties and close deals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
