Work Experience & Key Competencies

• Min. 3 yrs. & most recent experience in E-Com/Q-Com in FMCG
• Detailed know-how and thorough understanding of each of the e-com/q-com platforms working and processes
• Good proficiency in excel

(knowledge on other basic analytics tools will be an advantage)

• Should have handled at least 3 major E-Com players
• Exposure to Foods & Personal Care is an edge
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and regional team meets, wherever required

JOB DESCRIPTION: Specific Accountabilities / DeliverablesS.N.Activity

1.At Operational Level

Should have complete understanding of the modus-operandi of e-Com/Q-Com ecosystem Completely own and manage end to end process from PO release to its delivery .

Professional acquaintance with the key stakeholders and gatekeepers in major accounts like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto etc.

Should be able to influence on PO release & ensuring deliveries with maximum

Fill rate, hygiene check and corrections wherever required

2.At Finance Level

Ensure Revenue goals are meet within the budgets .

Timely sending/receiving Consumer Promotions, debit notes, ROs etc. and acting as co-ordinator between the internal finance team and the customer

Follow up for payments with the customer, facilitating Account reconciliation along with GIL Finance etc

3.At People Level

Collaboration with all the support functions- Supply Chain, COPC, CFA, Production, Quality, Finance

Establishing healthy and inter-dependent relationships with KAMs & other KAEs
