Key Accounts Executive - Ecommerce

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow our relationships with e-commerce partners. The role requires expertise in account management, data analysis, and sales strategy to optimize business performance across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Bigbasket etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for account-related queries and concerns.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance product visibility.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends to identify growth opportunities.

Operational Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product availability.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and catalog management on e-commerce platforms.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct regular competitive analysis and provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and promotions.
• Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and implement best practices to enhance business performance.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, account activity, and operational efficiency.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management or sales.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
