Role & responsibilities

• Manage relationship with Insurers
• Set goals and targets for the teams. Monitor and review the performance of the team periodically. Managing and providing client services

• Understand the training needs of team member develop them through training, coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Handle escalations and associated documentation if any.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Experience 4-5 years of experience with TPA or insurance background preferred.
