Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as Key Account Manager for managing e-grocery accounts of a known brand in the food and Beverage category. We require someone with deep expertise in performance marketing and sales planning. It is crucial that the candidate possesses a strong background in data analytics and logical reasoning.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of e-grocery accounts(Quick comm+ Amazon+FK) for our brand, ensuring maximum performance and growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize performance across various e-grocery platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor account performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. Utilize logical reasoning to develop hypotheses and design experiments to improve account performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to align strategies and goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the e-grocery space, providing strategic recommendations to stay competitive.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful promo planning, margin structuring, and ongoing improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-grocery accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to track progress and share insights with the team and management

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing e-grocery accounts, ideally within the food and Beverage category.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing on e-grocery platforms, driving revenue growth and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data analytics principles and tools.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and identify effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with promo planning, margin structure, and strategies to improve profitability.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
