Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for e-commerce business, focusing on online sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through effective account management practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ecommerce development initiatives, including website optimization and marketing campaigns.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-10 years of experience in Key Account Management in e-commerce within the Food, Dairy or FMCG industries.
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce development principles, online sales strategies, and key account management best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients; proficiency in English language required.
