Associate Product Designer

What Youll Do (Besides Being Awesome)

• Work with PMs, devs, and fellow design nerds to craft seamless user experiences.
• Dive deep into user research to uncover what makes people click (literally and figuratively).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that make users go .
• Collaborate with devs to ensure your designs are implemented the way they were meant to be.
• Build and maintain design systems & style guidesbecause consistency is key.
• Take ownership and track how your designs are performing. Are they driving impact? Lets measure and iterate.
• Iterate. Test. Repeat. We dont design for vanity; we design for real outcomes.
• Stay updated with design trendsbut also know when to break the rules.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1-3 years of UI/UX experience designing for web & mobile.
• A portfolio that speaks louder than wordsshow us what youve got!
• Mastery in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (because paint.exe wont cut it).
• A deep understanding of user-centered design and data-driven decision-making.
• The ability to communicate design ideas like youre telling a great story.
• A keen eye for detail (but also knowing when to zoom out and see the bigger picture).
• Experience with usability testing & user research (major plus, but not a dealbreaker).
• A growth mindsetwe love people who learn fast and think big.
