About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to drive our B2B tech product's success through strategic marketing initiatives. This role combines product marketing expertise with performance marketing skills to accelerate growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Marketing Strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies
• Translate technical product features into compelling user benefits
• Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product strategy

2. Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop media plans for performance campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Measure campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages for different product features and offers
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights

3. CRM and Customer Engagement

• Execute email marketing and customer engagement programs highlighting product features
• Moderate product demos and webinars, tailoring product pitches to client use cases
• Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture customer relationships

4. Analysis and Optimization

• Conduct competitor analysis, focusing on B2B tech companies
• Evaluate marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and customer feedback
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and trends

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
• Experience managing a performance marketing budget of at least 20 Lakh
• Strong understanding of design principles and copywriting
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SemRush, Unbounce, WebEngage, email automation platforms, and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and team management abilities
