Property & Business Expansion Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis:
   
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business expansion opportunities.
• Analyze trends, competitors, and market demands to recommend growth strategies.
2. Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
   
• Identify potential business partners, franchisees, and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to establish new partnerships.
3. Negotiations & Agreements:
   
• Prepare and negotiate business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure all deals align with company objectives and profitability.
4. Strategic Planning:
   
• Develop and execute actionable business expansion strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
• Create roadmaps and timelines for regional or international growth initiatives.
5. Coordination & Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
6. Performance Monitoring:
   
• Track the success of expansion initiatives and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Identify challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or expansion roles.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of local and international market trends.
