Chartered Accountant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, tax compliance, auditing, budgeting, and ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. The role will involve collaborating with key departments to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
   
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
   
• Manage and oversee corporate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Provide tax planning advice to optimize the company's tax position.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, such as local tax laws and international tax regulations.
3. Audit & Internal Controls:
   
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure strong internal controls to safeguard the organizations assets and reduce the risk of financial errors or fraud.
• Implement recommendations from auditors for process improvements.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting:
   
• Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads to create realistic and accurate financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and performance improvement.
5. Financial Analysis & Planning:
   
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost optimization, and investment evaluation.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management to guide financial planning and long-term growth.
6. Risk Management:
   
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure that the companys financial practices are aligned with risk management policies.
7. Advisory Role:
   
• Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and any financial transactions requiring complex financial insight.
• Assist management in making informed decisions on investments, acquisitions, or business expansions.
8. Team Leadership & Development:
   
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff.
• Ensure continuous professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Qualifications:
  
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (ACCA, ICAI, or equivalent).
• Additional qualifications like CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance will be a plus.
• Experience:
