Liaison/ Vendor Management Roles and Responsibilities

• Essential-Must able to understand 7/12 form, deliver & pickup request items when assigned.
• Desirable-maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, communicating messages or information within the office, prepare project wise & corporate documents, handling & organizing documents both physical & electronic etc
• Encourage communication within teams, departments, or organizations & Government offices.
• Act as a point of contact for questions, demands, or concerns pertaining to the areas that are liaisoned.
• Work together with stakeholders/Vendors to determine needs, objectives, and areas where collaboration may be possible.
• Inform stakeholders/ Vendors with any pertinent updates, or developments, Site team and Operation Manager.
• Keep an eye on and assess the outcomes of liaison projects and activities.
• Create and preserve a good rapport with important stakeholders and Vendors.
• Need to maintain Inward and Outward data.
• All documents and Database management.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and address problems.
• The capacity to operate both individually and jointly.
