Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager/ Sr. HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at Kesar India Limited. The ideal candidate must possess extensive industry knowledge and the expertise to manage a workforce of over 100 employees, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Leverage multiple recruitment platforms and sources to attract top talent.
• Develop strategic hiring plans to meet organizational growth and workforce planning needs.

2. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to mitigate HR-related risks.

3. Employee Relations & Team Management:

• Address employee grievances effectively and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Guide managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and employee evaluations.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:

• Oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
• Benchmark industry standards to maintain competitive pay practices.

5. Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Organize workshops and leadership training sessions to support employee engagement and retention.

6. Strategic HR Planning:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage succession planning, workforce analytics, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.

7. HR Administration:

• Maintain comprehensive HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a thriving workplace culture.
