Job Description

KEP Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Channel Partner Head to join our team. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing and executing the companys channel partner strategy, ensuring sustained sales and revenue growth, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners across India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective channel strategies to enhance market penetration and sales across the region.
  • Channel Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners, ensuring mutual growth.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by collaborating with channel partners and monitoring performance.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training programs and enable channel partners to improve their product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and channel partner engagement.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and actionable insights to enhance channel performance.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations in all channel partner operations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team dedicated to managing channel partners, setting clear goals, and driving performance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Channel Partner Management: Extensive experience in managing channel partner relationships across multiple regions.
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to devise long-term strategies to grow channel networks and align with business goals.
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Building & Management: Expertise in building and sustaining strong partnerships to foster growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills to assess channel performance and suggest improvements.
  • Training & Development: Experience in training and developing channel partners for optimum performance.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies tailored for the channel network.
  • CRM & Channel Management Software Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and channel management software to track, analyze, and report on partner performance.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree with a management qualification.
  • Computer savvy and proficient in relevant software tools.
