Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing profiles to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  
• Negotiate salaries and benefits packages for selected candidates.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/PG in any stream.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in recruitment, preferably in same industry Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools

• Strong client handling and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently
