Open Positions: 5 Gurgaon, India Experience: 8-12 yrs Day to Day Responsibilities - Independently manage large or multiple projects in BFSI domain.
- Experience in leading projects in waterfall, Agile, Iterative and hybrid project execution models
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key senior stakeholders.
- Provide domain expertise, showcase products and solutioning capability, handle and overcome client objections, especially for large and complex deals.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, The Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo/ Review and Sprint Retrospective
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Clear understanding of project life cycle
- Skills to multitask between different projects.
- Mentor team in agile practices
