Fermentation Intern

Role & responsibilities :

                          1.Support the fermentation team in the setup, operation, sterilization, equipment
calibration and monitoring of the fermenter in Rotational shift
                          2.Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic/aerobic fermentation
processes, and downstream processing techniques.
  3.Familiarity with laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometer, centrifuge, pH
meters), fermentation systems, and the use of various software for data
collection.
                          4. Analyze fermentation data and assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise
during the fermentation process.

  5. prepare media , reagents, buffers and equipment as needed to support the
fermenter.

                          6.Generate Research cell banks for use in fermentations.

                          7. Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.

                          8. Support team members in the optimization of fermentation parameters to
improve yields and efficiency.
