Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day operations and tasks as assigned by the department lead.
2. Collaborate with team members on projects to achieve departmental objectives.
3. Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing initiatives.
4. Document and organize work processes and insights for future reference.

Department-Specific Tasks:

• Sales/Marketing Department:
• Create and curate content for social media platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns through research and data gathering.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and generating reports.
• Operations/Logistics Department:
• Aid in inventory management and tracking.
• Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements.
• Support supply chain documentation and coordination.
  
  
• Customer Service Department:
• Handle customer inquiries through email or phone.
• Help resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Document feedback to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate.
2. Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
