Key Roles and competencies:
-Leading the Design Team by devising appropriate Design processes and SOPs.
- Story telling and product Sales Pitch creation
-Developing design concepts that aligns with the market requirements and trend.
-Creation record keeping of technical documentation.
-Providing First cut product training for internal stakeholders.
-Assiting LD team in developing training curriculum for internal/external stakeholders
-PRD and other product related documentation creation.
-Assisting procurement team in vendor onboarding
-New material and vendor screening.
-Product launch assistance
-Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales to improve/develop new products/processes
-Product RD and market research. Mentor the design team in market research and RD processes.
-3D Rendering of developed concepts to designs
-Cross functional coordination between internal teams departments
-Contributing to the continuous development of internal software.
-Travelling to Expos and vendor locations
-Handling PR activities and campaigns as and when required.
-Handling Showcase projects of HNI clients from end to end as a part of strategic brand management.
