Financial Analyst - Automotive (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct financial analysis for automotive projects, including cost analysis, margin analysis, and pricing strategies.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for automotive business units.

- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and variances in the automotive sector.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to understand financial implications and improve operational efficiency.

- Assist in evaluating capital investments, new product launches, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within the automotive business.

- Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CA/CA Intern preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis within the automotive industry.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools.

- Knowledge of cost accounting and automotive manufacturing processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
