We have 12 manufacturing plant, 9 domestic (Faridabad, Jaipur & Haridwar) and 3 overseas (Wholly owned subsidiary in China & Italy,1 joint venture in Egypt)

Job Description :

The role will entail assisting the team in undertaking deep financial and operational analysis, building financial models, making presentations and undertaking valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform management on financial performance and projections.

Industry Benchmarking:

- Conduct industry research to identify benchmarks and best practices relevant to Polymedicure's operations.

- Assist in comparing financial performance metrics against industry peers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis:

- Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Support Strategic Projects:

- Assist in the preparation of materials for strategic planning sessions and presentations for senior management.

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Investor Relations:

- Prepare and present financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision and performance.

- Respond to investor inquiries and manage communications to foster investor confidence and engagement.

Skills Required:

- MBA / CA with experience in financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling

- Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and tools (e.g., Excel).

- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

- Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
