Manager - Sustainability (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sustainability programs and initiatives across the organization.

- Monitor and report on environmental impact, including energy use, waste reduction, and carbon footprint.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

- Lead sustainability reporting and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Promote awareness of sustainability goals through employee engagement and training.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). years of experience in sustainability management or related roles.
