Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Foster a positive work culture that aligns with company values.

Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance review process, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
• Support managers in identifying employee development opportunities.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbook.

HR Operations:

• Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role (35 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
