Job Description:

An Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESER II

• System Formation With Reference To P&ID.
• Modeling Isometric for Stress.
• Identify the Possible Support Location.
• Marking type Of Support.
• Pipe Stress Analysis.
• Detailed Static Analysis of Piping connected to Pressure Vessels, Air-Coolers, Shell & Tube Exchangers, Tanks, Condensate Stabilization Column, Re-Boiler, Pumps, and Reciprocating Compressors.
• Generation of stress analysis reports.

Requirements

• Degree Mechanical Engineering
• Oil & Gas experience
• Knowledge on codes & standards

Tools

• CAESAR II
• AutoCAD
• Smart Plant 3D (Added Advantage)
• PDMS/E3D (Added Advantage)

Experience

• 5 to 10 years
