PIPING STRESS DESIGN ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATION: BE/ B.Tech

EXPERIENCE 5 10 years

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Shall be conversant with Stress Analysis software e.g. Caesar II

2. Shall make Stress critical line list.

3. Shall perform stress analysis and coordinate with AE/ Designers for any routing change and support locations.

4. Shall decide supporting and identify standard support number.

5. Shall make / check piping special support drawings.

6. Shall review all stress critical line Isometrics before AFC issue.

7. Shall generate final stress documentation.

8. Shall be conversant with quality management system and adhere to quality procedures during working.

9. Shall familiar with Transit analysis / survival analysis / Green water effect / structure loading information.

10. Shall familiar with Flange check as per API 6AF / Peq / NC-3658.3 / ASME SEC VIII.

11. Must have min. 2 nos. FPSO Topside Detail Engineering execution experience.
