Design Engineer - LAE/ Dy. LAE - Piping @ Bengaluru

URGENTLY REQUIRES

Piping Design Lead Assign Engineer /Deputy LAE (LAE/DLAE):

Qualification: BE/B.Tech ;

Experience: 15-20 years

1. Review contract documents & clarify issues within stipulated period.

2. Prepare project execution plan highlighting strategies & follow the same.

3. Monitor progress continuously w.r.t. reference plan and report

4. Identify areas of concern and take remedial action in timely manner to achieve target.

5. Responsible for effective implementation of Quality systems and procedures during execution. Project specific requirement to be captured and amended with procedures/ check list

6. Shall be responsible for Design and Development review, verification, validation & control of design. review

7. Shall be responsible for Design and Development Input / Output

8. Check key activity schedule, project master schedule & prepare / control departmental detailed engineering schedule

9. Prepare manpower/ resource plan as per allocated man-hours & monitor/control in- house man-hours & off-loading cost.

10. Co-ordinate / expedite with other departments/divisions, Initiate discussions with Client on technical issues

11. Guide, co-ordinate and review the project critical documents such as Weight control report, Material Handling Report, Tie-ins interface management with other contractor, etc

12. Expedite client / vendor through projects to get necessary information in timely manner

13. Participate in project weekly meeting. Hold departmental daily tool box meetings & share issues & promote team work

14. Grasp change request by client & submit change order notice in timely manner (man hour &/or cost).

15. Review of all Detailed Engineering Deliverables prior to issue.

16. Prepare presentation and take lead for Client Model (30%, 60% & 90%).

17. Must have min. 3 nos. FPSO Topside Detail Engineering execution experience.
