Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Installing and upgrading of Windows systems. Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
- Installation of Windows and Mac Applications.
- Installation of Printer and other peripherals on Mac & Windows OS.
- Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
- Troubleshooting System and Server errors.
- Preparing Monthly and Daily Reports
- Keeping a track and inventory of Assets and Stock with their warranty Expiration and AMC Renewals and other details.
- Good Knowledge of Windows Server setup and Active directory, deployment, and maintenance.
- Good Network Knowledge about LAN & WAN. Crimping, punching IO and Jack panels.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup & Restoration.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
