Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant with a strong background in configuring, testing, and managing compensation programs in Workday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that align with business goals, ensuring compliance, and optimizing the use of Workday's Advanced Compensation module.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure, test, and implement Workday Advanced Compensation solutions to support business compensation strategies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment of compensation programs with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of compensation data to create reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support and troubleshoot compensation-related processes within Workday, including merit increases, bonus plans, and equity management.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for Workday Advanced Compensation functionality.
  • Collaborate with other HRIS team members to ensure smooth integrations with other Workday modules.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in Workday Advanced Compensation implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and stock-based compensation.
  • Ability to analyze compensation data and create reports for business insights.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Certifications :

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification (mandatory).
  • Workday HCM Certification (preferred).

Experience :

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday implementation, with at least [X] years focused on Advanced Compensation.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in integrating Workday Advanced Compensation with other HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulations.
