We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. While Power BI is the primary focus, experience with Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate, effective data visualizations.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and ease of use.
• Develop and implement Power BI data models and DAX queries to support complex reporting needs.
• Maintain and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards based on user feedback.
• Provide training and support to users for Power BI tools and reports.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Python: Utilize Python for data manipulation, advanced analytics, and enhancing Power BI functionality.
• Power Automate: Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to streamline data processes.
• Power Apps: Develop custom business applications to complement Power BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful and visually compelling reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and their integration with Power BI.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
