Project Manager - SAP (3-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for SAP S/4HANA projects.

- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure delivery aligns with established objectives, budget, and timelines.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and key business users.

- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project alignment.

- Team Coordination and Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and functional analysts, to deliver project objectives.

- Guide project team members and provide clear direction to meet goals, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment.

- Project Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and report project progress, metrics, and key deliverables.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and other relevant documentation.

Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem

Key Skills:

- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically with SAP projects and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

- SAP Expertise: Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, functionalities, and implementation lifecycles.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and drive results.
