Manager - Finance/SAP Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FICO Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP FICO module, ensuring it supports the financial needs of a multi-brand, multi-location restaurant business.

- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes within SAP FICO, particularly in areas like cost control, inventory management, and revenue recognition, to improve operational efficiency.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.

- Compliance & Audit: Ensure that SAP FICO processes comply with local and regional regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits.

- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the SAP FICO knowledge and skills of end-users and team members, tailored to the needs of the restaurant industry.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SAP FICO module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Strong understanding of financial processes relevant to the restaurant industry, including cost management, profit center accounting, and real-time inventory tracking.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
