Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Tanishq Jewellery Showroom. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team while ensuring exceptional store performance and customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to uphold and enforce visual merchandising standards, contributing to a premium shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to maintain the store's aesthetics and presentation.

- Handle inventory management and ensure the availability of jewellery products as per demand.

- Manage cash flow, sales reports, and maintain financial records.

- Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Provide coaching and training to new and existing staff, ensuring high performance.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies for increased sales and customer engagement.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Retail Management Expertise with a proven track record of leading a team and managing a retail store.

- Prior experience in Jewellery Stores or luxury retail management is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.

- Expertise in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics to align with the brand's high standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating reports, analysis, and tracking performance metrics.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused with a keen understanding of retail business dynamics.
