1. Branding and Collateral Management:

Design, develop, and maintain all branding and marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the production of high-quality marketing materials.

2. Marketing Creatives:

Ideate and execute promotional materials for various marketing activities.

3. Creative Agency Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact for creative agencies, providing clear and concise briefs for marketing projects.
Coordinate with agencies for timely delivery of creatives, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Follow up on project timelines, provide feedback, and manage revisions as needed.
Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all creative output aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.

4. Online Presence Management (GMB & TripAdvisor):

Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) listings for all properties, ensuring accurate information and prompt responses to customer reviews.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback on TripAdvisor, enhancing brand reputation and engagement.
Analyze online performance metrics and provide insights for improving visibility and customer engagement.

5. Photoshoots Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate photoshoots for properties, events, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality imagery that aligns with brand standards.
Maintain an organized library of photos and videos for use in marketing materials and digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Experience in managing GMB, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and agency management skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
Familiarity with photography and videography basics is a plus
