Job Summary: As a Trainee Guest Service Associate in the Food Beverage Service department, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Captain/Captain to carry out activities ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve adhering to the hotels mission statement, values, and rules while maintaining a professional appearance.

Seating Assistance: Assist guests in finding and seating them according to the established standards.
Table Arrangement: Arrange tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
Order Taking and Serving: Take and serve orders following established standards and procedures.
Food Order Handling: Assemble and pick up food orders efficiently.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean and tidy after the main course, maintaining a pleasant dining environment.
Guest Satisfaction: Strive to achieve and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the service.
Timely Service: Execute all serving activities within the prescribed time limits.
