Were looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who understands Bharat’s kirana ecosystem—retailers, distributors, and the FMCG market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), creating engaging content, and growing our community of retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Badho’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content tailored for Bharat’s retail audience.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Interact with users, respond to queries, and build an active community.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize content creation, brainstorming, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices.

Who You Are

• 3-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or B2B domains.
• Strong understanding of Bharat users, especially kirana retailers and distributors.
• Proven ability to excite and engage this audience through creative content.
• Experience in AI-powered content generation and ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Meta automation to improve efficiency.
• Data-driven mindset with accountability for growth metrics and engagement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
