Job Title: Junior Analyst/Associate

Job Summary:
The Junior Analyst/Associate will support the Operations team by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed business decisions. This role will involve working with various data sources, creating reports, and assisting in the development of Business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleaning.
• Maintain and organise data in a structured and accessible format.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and share insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Experience: upto 3 years

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Basic knowledge of cataloging.
