Role: Finance & HR Executive

Location: Noida ( Head Office)-ready to go frequently for site visits/Office

Reporting to M.D

Preference to immediate joiner

Qualification: MBA-( Finance and HR) is must

Experience: 3 to 5 years

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Specialist with a strong foundation in HR operations.

This role is a mix of recruitment (50%) and HR and Finance operations (50%), offering a balanced opportunity for a motivated individual to support our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, as well as supporting HR and Finance operations tasks and ensuring seamless HR functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (30%):

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job ads on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other innovative methods.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation where necessary.
• Onboarding Support: Conduct and complete onboarding process ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

HR and Finance Operations (70%):.

• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures relating to employee Hire to Retire Cycle.
• Data Management: Assist with HR reporting and tracking, ensuring all HR data is up-to-date and accurate in HRIS systems.
• Employee Communication: Support internal communication to keep employees informed about HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR Programs: Actively participate and deliver on various HR program
• Finance: bank reconciliation/ follow up with clients for payment
• Basic knowledge of accounting/site follow up/funds requirement/drafting mail

Education

PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance & HR/Industrial Relations

Good Communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
