We have an urgent requirement for a person for the position of Site Accountant and Accounts Officer (at Head Office) to our Project.

Job role:

Maintaining and Reconciliation of daybook, employees, vendors and contractors account ledgers.

Head wise voucher/journal entries and general ledger. Handling of cash.

Banking and finance (LC/BG/Agreement/Contracts/Fund Limit)

Job Description:

• Basic Accounting
• Inventory Accounting
• Cash Handling
• Computer skills - Ms Office
• posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivables
• Producing error free accounting reports and presenting their results.
• Coordination with customers.
• Having experience in Debit and Credit note.
• Taking care of agreement execution with the customers.
• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
• Payment of Import & Export
• Must have good knowledge in Tally ERP
• Good communication skills (Oral & Written) with an aptitude for attention to details. • Maintenance of Company Accounts.

Key Skills:

• Working experience in Tally is highly required.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Able to work and deliver under minimal supervision/independently.
