Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, APIs, and workflow automation.

Domain Expertise: Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance standards in IT organizations.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design innovative solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and end-user training.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Zoho People Plus, including implementation, configuration, and support.

Certifications: Zoho Certified Consultant (if applicable).

Knowledge of IT Systems: Familiarity with IT service workflows and tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.

HR Analytics: Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
