IT and ZOHO Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and customize ZOHO apps (CRM, Projects, Desk, etc.).
• Provide technical support and training for ZOHO users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.
• Ensure seamless integration of ZOHO with other systems.
• Uphold IT security and document processes.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an IT and ZOHO Support Executive with3-5 years of experience to manage
ZOHO applications and oversee our IT infrastructure.
