Engineer-Production (Manufacture Engineering) -

This Position will concentrate primarily on establishing and improving efficiencies in the manufacturing of bearing

Components. The areas of focus include to developing manufacturing route cards, preparing tools

and fixture planning, technical review of projects.

Job Descriptions :

1. Developing manufacturing process for In-house parts
2. Creating and updating manufacturing routes,BOM s and production standards
3. Developing Tooling and fixture planning
4. Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software Prefereably-Creo
5. Responsible for manufacturing process and equipment setup as they pass through the final stages of production

reediness and ensure that quality awareness and product integrity are maintained

1. Other daily responsibilities will include procedure generation, participation in all production readiness activities.

Key Skills:

1. Understand of ERP (IFS, SAP & Oracle based) and Microsoft office products and strong computer skills
2. Strong Knowledge in CNC machining and Turning process
3. Process knowledge of machining, forging and casting process
4. Strong knowledge on GD&T and complex engineering drawings
5. Strong knowledge of CAD and CAM software
