Job Description

Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira. Basic knowledge of PowerShell. Technical knowledge of Windows OS (Win10,11) inclusive of software install plus Virtual desktop Citrix, and Desktop Apps.in MS Excel. Tenacity to deliver, with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated, can do attitude, team player. Problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet’. High quality interpersonal skills are essential. Perform deployment pre-check outs. Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, failed install endpoint tracking, and remediation on failed installs. Escalation of deployment failures exceeding specified failure thresholds. Maintain documentation and procedures. Provide firm-wide desktop operational services. Utilize check scripts and any additional tooling’s provided to Perform deployment pre-check outs and post-checkouts, analyze checkouts, and escalate.
