Role Overview

As a Solution Developer at Pattem Digital, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to help enterprise customers navigate their digital transformation journey. This includes enabling Creative Cloud for Enterprise (CCE) onboarding and providing technical support through troubleshooting and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth expertise in enterprise environments, use cases, and Pattem Digitals products and solutions.
• Analyze enterprise environments to deliver high-quality, customized software solutions.
• Document issues and solutions with precision.
• Participate in customer escalations and resolve critical issues or bugs. Collaborate across teams to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to coding best practices, perform code reviews, and ensure quality through automated testing.
• Lead and participate in production deployment activities and troubleshoot escalated issues from the production environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 7+ years of experience developing software using programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows/Windows Server, Mac OSX, and Linux.
• Expertise in:
• Enterprise technologies: IDP (Identity Provider), OAuth2, SAML, Active Directory, AD Federation Service, DNS, etc.
• Remote software distribution technologies like SCCM, ARD, etc.
• Enterprise networking and administrative environments.
