Role: Recruitment Manager

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting clear objectives, goals, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and professional process for all applicants.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
