AM/ DM/ Manager Recruitment (Female only )

Job Summary: The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, and building strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire top talent.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
