Recruitment Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Lead/Manager to join our team.

This role will be pivotal in driving our IT recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT recruitment, demonstrated leadership experience, and a passion for both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, optimizing recruitment processes, and directly contributing to filling critical IT roles within our organization. A background in IT Services and Staffing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Set clear performance goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for critical IT roles.

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
• Work with leadership to forecast hiring needs.

Hands-on Recruitment:

• Actively participate in hands-on recruitment, managing a portfolio of critical IT roles.
• Conduct direct sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

IT Services & Staffing Expertise (Preferred):

• Leverage experience in IT Services and Staffing to understand client needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Understand the fast pace nature of the staffing industry.

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an IT services organization.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Must have worked with clients in the Financial Services area
• Must have prior background in delivering offshore projects
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
