Business Development & Sales (Manager) (Lawyer)

Responsibilities -
- Should be persuasive and have strong business acumen.
- Hands-on experience with the strategies involved in scaling up business from Knowledge of IPR (Basic).
- Should have updated cadences to develop a framework to bring clients.
- Reaching out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls and scheduled meetings with the Partners and another source of Social media.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand the legal needs and fulfill the same.
- Use Innovative writing techniques and updated cadences on developed a framework to bring clients on the table and onboard from various industries including big giants.

Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Lawyers degree is advantageous.
- Proven business development, and marketing experience in a law firm.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
