Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer specializing in Labor Laws with expertise in drafting agreements, particularly for NBFCs or law firms. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel on employment issues, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance, and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on Labor Law matters and employee relations.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including employee agreements and service contracts.

Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and mitigate legal risks.

Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.

Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

LLB or equivalent with experience in Labor Law and contract drafting.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor Law, with exposure to NBFCs or law firms.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
