Business Growth Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  
• Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.
  
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Planning and executing on ground promotional activities

• Customer Communication - Tracking Orders, Sharing Dispatch Information and Feedbacks
• Aggregation of Customer Orders and Consolidations of Orders for Production and Dispatch
• Co ordination with Warehouse and transport providers for correct order packaging, dispatch and deliveries to end customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and procurement, to streamline processes and resolve delivery-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of B2C/D2C sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
• Presentable and Well Spoken
