Relationship Manager - B2C Sales

Work Outline:

• Building new relationships & cultivating existing ones with tile contractors & Interior in a structured module provided by the company.
• For sales, close coordination with accounts and operations team to ensure delivery and collections within the desired time.
• Ensuring Regular meet-ups with stakeholders and service quality after sales are being adhered to on the field as per the policy set up by the company.
• Driving potential and competition mapping exercises on a quarterly basis.
• Ensuring NPS is super high and recurring accounts %tage is above 90. Have a strong feedback loop for a quick resolution to problems & learning new things
• Driving policies initiatives with specified contractors and interiors as directed by the company
• Ensuring weekly quota of x ground visits are being met on client location to understand requirements, mitigate problems & communicate about new products.

Must-haves: ( Bs Ekdum beginner nahi Chahiye )

• A bachelor / Diploma degree + Have at least 1-2 Years of working experience. ( MBA a plus )
• Excellent hold in English and Hindi Language. (Speaking + Writing)
• Proficiency in Google Suite - including Sheet and Doc.
• An experience in - field experience in Sales will be preferred. ( cement, paints & similar mix chemicals/ cementitious products is a plus )
